for start:
i do like destiny. its fun. please don't bash just listen to another whimper.
im a year one player plus beta. ive dealt with the bugs, exploits, and glitched into areas. the good and the bad. 100 dollars deep. you came out with TTK and literally make the other two dlc useless instead of advancing them forward. i understand you need to make some changes to promote future products better but this is a bit much. everything previous to TTK is useless now. ok i get it.
but whats the point of buying dlc, after all the hype an patches and weapons and gear you show off, and new modes and maps, if you only intend to nerf them in the future and charge the newer people a better price and offer them better rewards? i bought TDB for the weapons, you nerfed them and took from them what was special, i bought HOW, every thing kinda sucked already but POE was a good concept you left behind, and really didn't deliver in the story department (again).
why should i buy TTK now? the sleeper stimulant was a disappointment, the replacement for the black hammer is meh... at best, exotic class specific exclusive weapons are alright but meh as well. whats stopping you from nerfing these to sell the next dlc.
all the time spent raiding and strikes and crucible i see no payoff for it after all this time and all the promises.
i have more bad spelling and bad grammar to spew at you but you owe me nothing and i don't have to play your game.
im just a little disappointed i cant just buy dlc from you guys anymore now i have to wait and see what you have to offer almost a year down the line to ensure im not getting screwed out of a better deal.
good bye for now destiny.

Your looking to complete a game straight away ? This type of game is about progression and playing the new content as its released . There not going to update old content . There's plenty of other games that will suit you . Destiny is not for everyone . Just move on . I like to play Fps games and destiny combines best of both worlds for me . I can play crucible with the new maps and modes that get updated constantly and when I want to play pve I can run the raids and quests etc . You mentioned your an older generation gamer . Well games have been the same price for a long time now . People expect too much now . Development costs have gone through the roof and prices have stayed similar . Destiny was not designed as the only game for you to play. Why not just play it when new content drops ? TTK was a great update . Crucible got better , story improved , raid improved , pve in general improved with quests etc . It's not perfect by a long shot but it's an improvement . Just put it down and wait till destiny 2, read some reviews and see if things have changed
