Transferring weapons part with app, all gone
Transferring a portion of weapons parts from one character to vault. Removed from inventory, but did not get to vault. Then when I went back to inventory to check & remaining portion gone.
73 weapons parts.

Have you checked all your characters and vault in game? If neither of them have it then the parts have been lost to the void (a known issue with app transferring). Unfortunately there is nothing that can be done and Bungie can't restore the items....
