There's always that one neighbor...
That is noisy as hell!! I'm trying to sleep and all you hear is banging from downstairs (I live in an apartment) and a dog barking like it's got a stick up its ass. I mean seriously, do people not know how to shut up when others are trying to sleep? Or even shut their pets up?
