I'm like you. Eggs aren't eggs if you can't dip buttered toast in them. But I always make them over easy though just a touch. Also my parents make home made pepper sauce. So I always have a jar. Some of that on top makes them taste amazing. Only problem is that it can be messy. Once that sauce touches the pan you better watch out. Sizzles everywhere. But the taste is worth it. Oh and salt and pepper is a must. At times onion powder.
