Seriously, I can not be the only that is getting sick of getting thrown into one sided matches because some immature, poor sport of a player couldn't take their lickings.
This not only effects their current team, but anyone who is unfortunate to get thrown into these curb stomps.
I can't count how many times now I have had this happen. I spawn into a match where the whole enemy team has their supers and heavies lying in wait because, before me and the others arrived, they were heavily out manned or just had half the team quit because either B got captured or the enemy team got a measly 1000 point lead.
I suggest that quitting too much (or at all) start earning people bans.
1st time quitting should earn you a good 1 hour ban.
2nd time 2 hours.
3rd time 4 hours.
4-7th time 8 hours.
8-9th time 16 hours.
10th time 24 hours.
After the 10th quit game you would be banned from Iron Banner for the rest of the week and unable to purchase rewards no matter your rank.
Seriously, something needs to be done about this.

I think groups should be more likely to go against each other as well as quitting being penalized. It would just make IB more fair overall. If a leader in a group quits, only the leader leaves and the fireteam leader position goes to another person in the fireteam. This makes it so teams don't end up being incredibly unbalanced. If a team of 3 quit all at once, it heavily impacts the game. Don't even mention a team of 5 or 6. If you quit and have any iron coins, one gets removed from your inventory each time you quit. If you don't have any coins, you get a 10 minute ban and each quit after that doubles it. So 20 minutes, 40 minutes, 1 hour 20 mins, 2 hour 40 mins, etc. It makes it so if you quit, it's never worth it.
