Hey, B-Net. I, kind of clearly, am Chelchis. This is a story that I decided to begin writing!
If this story receives positive feedback, I'll continue writing.
Or maybe I'll continue anyway!

Also, some thanks to Snarkii, writer of 'The Lives of Three Classes'. In a way, he/she inspired me to write something.
CHAPTER ONE, PART ONE
VENUS: ISHTAR SINK
The light, seemingly eternal rains of Venus pattered against the surfaces of the jutting rocks and cliffs.
Below them, the orange seas sloshed against the edges of the rock face.
It was quiet. There were not any sounds of Vex or Fallen; just the rain and the sea. On the edge of the cliffs overlooking the sea, a tall lone tree stood. In one of the highest, thickest branches sat a blue-robed figure. Their white helmet glistened in the rain, with it's black visor streaked with water droplets.
Under the cover of leaves hovered a gray Ghost. The figures ghost, specifically. The figure spoke to it's Ghost, in an artificial, masculine voice. "Ghost, play next found entry of Praedyth's journals." A click emanated from the Ghost, before a second male voice could be heard quietly inside the figures helmet.
It spoke of the Vex, the Vault, and more. Suddenly it cut to a halt, the Ghost speaking up.
"Vex, nearby. Lots of them. I'm picking up a Guardian too. This doesn't look too good for them." The figure shifted to the side and dropped from the branch, his fall slowed by an invisible force as he lowered to the moss-covered rock surface below. "Weapons. Let's move."
In the hands of the robed figure appeared a sleek black rifle. Engraved on the scope and cylindrical magazine were white spirals, identifying it as Omolon weaponry.
And, at that, he sprinted off further into the wilds of Venus.
CHAPTER ONE, PART TWO
As he sprinted further and deeper into the jungles, the foliage thickened. Giant trees and other assorted plants coated the pathway, obscuring the vision ahead.
In the distance, urging him on, was the sound of weapon fire. The Vex, and the nearby Guardian's.
Finally, after what seemed like hours of dashing, ducking, and beating his way through the thick jungle life, the Guardian broke out into a clearing.
Vex architecture dotted the area. Pillars around emitted blue glows and light hums. A circular platform sat in the middle of the clearing, surrounded by four blocks.. and, in the treeline, the black cloud of the Vex hovered. Every few seconds, more glowing circular red orbs would appear, shifting forward to the clearing.
And, lastly, on the platform sat the Guardian. They were hugging one of the blocks for cover, streams of red Vex fire pinging against the edges as the machines closed in, knowing their target was trapped.
