Glass Needles do not work
Just burned 3 needs and the accompanying mats and nothing changed on my Exotic chest piece. Even confirmed that LOCKED or not LOCKED does not matter.

I just used 4 glass needles on Warlock's Transverse Steps exotic boots. All 4 times the exact same stats, no Change in values for Discipline and Strength. No change in the two weapons you can carry more ammo for, nothing. I have the exact same roll every time.

3 RepliesEdited by SuperAznStoner: 10/17/2015 10:07:12 AMUsed them to test them out and had zero issues. The game doesn't do anything to acknowledge the change, you have to compare yourself. There's probably a limited selection of perks that can be rolled depending on the piece of armor as well, similar to how rerolling weapons was.
