Lol that's getting fixed fast you can bet that. The titan "nerf" isn't a guarantee. "Indeed, we hear you. We’re looking at the data, as well. It’s too early to dig in and make any promises. We’ll talk more soon, once we get a full picture." They never say here in this quote from their update notes that it's "Absolutely 100% gonna happen" so we'll wait and see.

Nah bro, it's gonna happen. Obviously its not set in stone yet. But I main a warlock, used to run three Titans. But it is way too stupid for PvP. I mean even if they choose between the mad amount of HP they get or the regen after a kill, even that would balance out the table a little
