I'm personally looking for a group to raid with when hard mode comes out message me if you're interested. If you're late on messages don't worry I might still message you back I'm looking for the best and we've all met those people that have been carried through a raid and now they say they have experience and proceed to die constantly so I will make cuts if you can't perform at a worlds first and best level I will find someone who can. I'm not trying to be mean and I'm sorry if you're offended I'm just looking for a truly great team. Requirements should probably be met to be considered and I'll list them. -310+ light level the higher the better. -know all mechanics and strategies to the raid - be flexible. Know how to lead and listen if led. I'm an alpha and know how hard it can be when multiple alphas wanna lead. - be chill and be able to adapt on the fly. Just because the runner misses a jump doesn't mean we have to wipe immediately stuff like that. - be a team player. When people can chat and have fun and kick ass at the same time it makes one of the best raid teams I've noticed and no one likes a douche that yells everytime someone messes up a little. We are all human no one is perfect not every run will be flawless. - on that note don't be too relaxed. Just because we have a ton of time doesn't mean we need to -blam!- around for 3 hours for no reason and make no progress. We all wanna have a good time but were trying to beat the raid at the same time. After the first week of raids feel free to hit me up anytime for raids whether it be teaching or having a good time I'm always happy to help just this first week I wanna not mess around too much and beat it and make history.
