In the expanded universe (before Disney discarded it) Boba Fett had a daughter called Ailyn Vel. He also found out that he had a grand daughter called Mirta Gev when he was around 70 years old - and yes, he was still kicking all kinds of ass at 70 :)

He probably is. Disney would never give up the kind of marketing and profit potential a stand alone Fett film would have. I doubt however that they could ever make him as bad ass as he is in the books.
