Have you gotten reports from players that their Old Hunger quest has disappeared from their active quests? I had this quest for a few weeks with having gotten the blade from the War Priest I put doing the raid on hold while I was working on collecting the 45 fragments, and when I checked my quest progress via the ap - this quest is no longer there. I'm not able to check from my console at the moment and so I can't check in-game.
