Have you gotten reports from players that their Old Hunger quest has disappeared from their active quests?
I had this quest for a few weeks with having gotten the blade from the War Priest
I put doing the raid on hold while I was working on collecting the 45 fragments, and when I checked my quest progress via the ap - this quest is no longer there.
I'm not able to check from my console at the moment and so I can't check in-game.

Yes, I noticed mine disappeared today when I checked my active quests. Where did it go? I just needed to beat the Two wizard sisters to complete the quest.

I'm pretty sure that it was still listed last night when I played, but when I was checking my progress this morning via the app - it's gone. I can't get on my console for a couple more hours (long work day) and not sure if it's even in the abandon quest kiosk. Would be nice to get some type of acknowledgment from Bungie that yes they are aware of it and currently looking into the issue. If it's truly gone, then goes some of the incentive to do the raid. I've already stopped doing Nightfalls considering they are no longer worth the effort.
