Owing a gun is one thing, but owning a -blam!-ing armory isn't needed. You're the reason why we need stricter gun laws

I own around 30, The neighbor owns a bag full of golf clubs, I wonder why he needs more than just 1 club?
-
Guns have more versatility than a golf club
-
Bad comparison. Not wrong, but bad

Edited by tweekin99: 10/16/2015 3:23:43 AMHow is it bad? I have 5 difrent AR's set up 5 difrent ways for 5 difrent uses. I have 17 pistols, some compact for carry, some full size for nightstand, target pistols, 22's for the kids, my 4 compitition IPSC rigs, 6 IDPA, 4 rifles set up for 4 difrent type of long range shooting, 6 hunting rifles, set up for brush, stand hunting, long range, and big game. And a few guns just for plinking around, skeet shotguns, duck guns ect.. Should i go over how many fishing rods i have and set ups there too??? Difrent guns for difrent reasons.

The clear difference between a golf club and a firearm is that you can outrun a melee weapon, prevent it from ripping through your flesh like tissue paper just by grabbing it at the right time, and it is not at all aerodynamic enough to be used reliably at a range to hit a running target. Interpretation of the Second Amendment aside, nobody needs 30 different flavors of "kill things" at their disposal; and FFS, I can't see how a one-man armory falls within a well-regulated militia. Having that many means either you could do what you want with them and fvck if someone wants to stop you, or someone could steal one of your 16 backup pistols at any time and go be unregulated at their leisure.

Why not tell him what else he should be free to own or do comrade.
-
Really? It's not like he can shoot more than 1 at a time. Possibly 2 if he's talented.
-
No, it doesn't matter how many you have if you are responsible.
-
Responsible or not, it's not needed.
-
You don't need a lot of things that you have. As long as he is responsible then it won't affect you.
