I'm saying the ranged attack would wreck the two others given that their own exotic abilities require you to be in melee range. If you can block anything, as stated in your rules, you could block the Raze-Lighter during Phoenix Uppercut just as easy as a regular attack, it would only make you flinch. Dark-Drinker swings more than once during its ability so you could kill them if they got in range...Range...RANGE. Bolt-Caster would win. You don't need to be on their radar to kill them.
