You don't need the agonarch rune fragment to complete it, there are other fragments which can be used in its place. Destinycalcifiedfragments.com is a very useful too to keep on track however it works by grimoire score so if you got one fragment on one character, but not other it will still show up as if you got it already, but will still need to get it for that chararcter.
