The number one dumbest complaint is that they are OP. So to come to a compromise I have said before and will say again.
If every year we will lose our legendaries. Make a way for our legendaries to become Exotic. That way we would have to give up the exotic slot to use them. Bam. Balance.

Absolutely agree. I would make Vision an Exotic no matter how much we had to do to make it happen. Glimmer, gun infuse, long quest for special shard or whatever. They should do it.

Pretty much. I have some vanilla gear that I would use up my exotic slot for just for show. Got a Aries Nemesis, and Swarm ready to go.
