I just wanted to say how horrible I think you handled removing shot package on all shotguns. I've had my crash shotgun since the dark below and got lucky with the perks on it, and I've kept it this whole time. Now you go and just remove the shot package perk and randomly replace it with something else. Now this isn't me complaining that shot package was removed (although if you ever bring it back you better put it back on my gun lol) it's what you did to replace it. Why were we not given a choice about the perk that replaced it? It seems only fair that we should have that option considering its a gun we got in game and have saved, upgraded and used this whole time. You talk about the collection and being proud of weapons people have acquired, etc. and then you go and force this perk replacement down people's throats. If you're going to remove a perk, offer people the option to choose what it gets replaced with. I got the pathetic, yes pathetic, "Close and/or Personal" perk, which I am literally NEVER going to use. Had I been given the option to choose, I would have preferred kneepads or something else, but no, I had no choice. My whole point Bungie, is that if you're going to replace a perk again in the future, why not give us a choice about the perk that's replacing it?
