Your work for bungie and you are the designer for a new exotic what would you make? Think creative!

Now they need a new weapon\armor type
They want it to be different from what we have!

First perk: nebula, if projectile explodes close to you but no damage caused flash bang type light and explosion
Exotic perk: black hole, sucks everything in a ten meter area into one point then launches it at extreme speeds across the area
