I wanted the slow clap (of course it's premium) and Carlton dance only to find I have choose between the two. Terrible, terrible implementation.
If anything make it eight instead of four. Short press and long press for the directional pad. Why stop there. Make the directional pad into hot keys for anything such as ammo, three of coins, glimmer buffs, etc.

This. Opening the menu for synths doesn't take that long but it's just such a damn inconvenience in the middle of a battle. Especially one without a lot of cover.
