Bungie, that name holds so much meaning to me. That name reminds me of Saturday nights playing Infection with my friends. That name reminds me of a game I have poured 18 days and $185 dollars into. That name reminds me of Recon and Engra and Longface and Carbonite and Nike and Anon. That name reminds me showing my cousins a demo for a great MMO they should pick up, it reminds me of biking to GameStop to buy a copy for my cousins. That name reminds me of my fleeting childhood. As I stand on the edge of my next chapter, a high school freshman, I can only hope that over the next 9 years this game can become greater. But with the recent evidence of "consumables" being available for purchase, I begin to worry for this games future. So Bungie, for the sake of me, your fans, your future and your legacy, please, do not add those items to this game for purchase using real cash. Because if that happens, I, and many others will leave. I will leave quietly, but the others may not. You stand on the edge of a big change, the choice is yours.

Edited by Unicorn Wail: 10/14/2015 6:17:49 AMHuge kick in the reeth to those of us who have bought and pre ordered every dlc. Poured hrs and hrs into grinding to get where we are. Now if I want raid gear and not get left behinde the kid living at home I gotta pay up more. Shady and shitty practice. I called this would happen and last week everyone was like "spin foil hat" "slippery slope" didnt take a genius to figure out once micro transactions were a thing it would snowball. And people are already defending this too....wow. how much do you need to pay them?
