I will check that when I get home. But I don't think that is it.
1 because I haven't changed it
2 because the movement isn't fluid and the same (slow) all the time. Its fast then slow then really slow etc.

Yea same here same thing happens to me he turns slow and sometimes I can't even shoot

I bought a new controller and it fixed the issue.
