Is there any guidance that you would be able to give?[/quote] This issue is a result of agonarch chest farming glitch Bungie will not expose this fact instead they say there is simply an issue that they are trying to resolve, the in game app manager has been removed also to prevent further in game cheese farming. In the meantime be patient don't expect a response they tend to avoid the truth or the whole truth.
