The first firewall quest will appear for you on certain days, it's been around once since then but as it was only available for that day you might have missed it, not sure when it's back but when it comes back you'll need to do it on that day. The last time was on the seventh and given bungie love of the number seven it is speculated that it will be the seventh of every month.
