The boy got into his bed, his Father right behind him. "Dad, could we read the story of the Hunter Eternal again tonight?" "We can son, we can." The father reached into an old locker and opened it fast and closed it before his son could see what was inside. "Shall we begin my boy?" "Yes! Dad! Let's start!" "Alright, here we go. Legend speaks of an early Guardian named Eternal. His light burned the darkness it touched. He was the greatest of Guardians helping any and all make the trip to the city. After the Titans built the wall, Eternal left the city. Reports came to the city of thousands of dead Vex, Hive and Fallen all done by one Guardian, Eternal returned to the City and gave Saint-14 a message. Eternal left the city again. Eternal walked through the darkness and one day outside the city vanished in a flash of light. For three days and three nights the city mourned the loss of one of its greatest warriors. Saint gave his message to the Guardians at the tower. It read ' To all, I have gone to the Light. I will return, but only when the Darkness's greatest champion has fallen. Until then I tell you do not mourn me, for I am still here watching over all, never lose hope'-The father closed the book, his son asleep, he walked to the locker and put the book back, a helmet fell to the ground. The father picked it up, and whispered to himself, "One of these days I need to make my return, but not yet." A ghost floated in,it was bright white and had a small white burn to it. "Eternal, the time is soon, Oryx is dead." The father walked out, the Alps on the distance. "Ghost, Oryx isn't the biggest threat, not yet. I can't leave my son here alone, but ready my Bow we have some fallen hunting to do." The Father picked up the void bow and dawned his helmet, his chest piece the original Crest of Alpha Lupi his weapon was called the Eternal made for him by Banshee-44. The weapon had the head of a dragon and used explosive rounds. Eternal fired a bolt of Solar energy from his bow, then a arc bolt and finally a bolt of pure light. "Your light burns as strongly as the Travelers, the Fallen Kell won't know what hit him." The ghost chummed in. "Let's go Hunting." The father donned his helmet the Eternal. He put on his cloak. He then vanished from sight. His Inner Hunter came to him. He arms swirled with light. Eternal walked out, ready for the battle ahead.
