This is my guide to staying happy 24/7. I hope you enjoy and introduce these into your life.
• Exercise. This is the most important step. You must exercise your body and release that dopamine. Get your body feeling good an it also makes you fit. Exercise every day of the week for at least 30 minutes. I'm not saying join a sports team or anything, maybe just grab a good pair of running shoes and take a jog.
• Eat healthy. This step is also very important. Healthy foods include: Fruits, vegetables, and chocolate. Yes, I just added chocolate. Don't go crazy on that chocolate though, it has a chemical in it that releases dopamine and it even makes your skin smooth and beautiful. Eating healthy and not going over your personal calorie count is very beneficial to being happy.
• Don't take anything to heart. If someone tells you you suck, it's okay. You know who you are and you know you definitely don't suck. I can't tell you how many times people come to me with bully problems and they don't know what to do. Honestly, if someone is making you feel bad for fun, they themselves are just insecure of their own self. This also goes for the Internet. People get so hyped because someone said something bad on the Internet. You don't know this person in real life, you don't know what they look like or how they talk either. Just drop the conversation if it's getting nasty. Or just accept the hate and move on. Once they see it has no effect on you, they'll most likely quit.
• Tell yourself why you love you. Wake up every morning and go to the mirror and say why you love you. Tell yourself you're awesome and that your friends think you're a hit, because they do. List personal accomplishments and feel proud with yourself and then walk away. It helps, trust me.
• Treat people the way you want to be treated. Unless you want to be a downright scumbag, treat someone with respect. This means everyone. You never know what someone is going through in their life, Internet wise and real life wise. Never make judgements or guesses at how a person is feeling either. Take the time and catch up with your friends in life, get to know their problems, and they will help you out in your time of need then. This is really hard for a lot of people, so I understand if people will struggle with this one.

Edited by Cabals Deep: 10/13/2015 11:05:04 AMI saw this guide, and to be honest it looks more like a "Guide to Things You Should Already Be Doing." (Besides the "Don't take things to heart", which some people need to do more.) If you want some real advice, take note. The road to happiness is different for everyone. What may work for one man may not help another.
