Not sure how touch of malice is at all elusive. Literally nothing about it is determined by RNG

Still, the success rate of King's Fall itself low. Combine that with the grind players go through for the 50 Hadium Flakes and 45 Calcified Fragments and it is understandable why less than 50,000 people own the gun.
