How do you get ecthar to come out? (I know you kill the 3x warden knights with super; does it have to be all 3 by one guardian super or just all 3 dead by a super;
As in 2-3 guardians kill em all with their supers?)

You just have to kill them all within like 5 or 10 sec, no super needed. I just got them all down to a sliver of health then threw a grenade at one and shot the other two real quick
