You know they are 46 fragments now, one of the missing 5 was found last week. I got my touch of malice without using the charged agonarch rune for my warlock yesterday.

Actually 47 fragments have been found. The only ones that no one has located are XLIII [43] : End of Failed Timeline XLIV [44]: Strict Proof Eternal XLV [45]: I'd Shut Them All in Cells

and that is out of 50... you only need 45 for touch of malice you may have messed up the quest

nope got my touch of malice on saturday when they patched it and I had 20 fragments on warlock and I just went on finding them and saw a video saying there is 46 fragments but people are saying there is now 47
