Well, thanks. I'd love to use this set up in
crucible, but I need a team to follow up on my tethers and someone to make invisible. Otherwise I end up tethering three people with no one to back me up while they shoot me. Or I end up making Someone invisible to save them, only to have them shoot immediately and then die. Which leaves me with my only choice to switch to zone control for pvp.
I'll probably end up using Graviton Forfeit with the enhanced radar perk, poison smoke, void wall grenades and the shadow shot perk to make it stick to walls (I think it's predator). Maybe quiver?
Edit: also, which subclass do you use for your Warlcok support? Most would assume Sunsinger, but Void Walker is good for mobs of enemies.

Edited by MercenaryMaiden: 10/13/2015 2:04:28 AMI use my Stormcaller, tbh. Clearing out enemies is one of the biggest parts in what I normally do, but I guess other than that, the support comes with what I do (be a meat shield, cover fire, dying for a revive, clearing enemies so we don't have to wipe, etc). Most people would say it's not in any way a support subclass, but I believe that's what the Warlock was made for was support.

Hey, play however you feel. Stormcaller is probably better for killing enemies compared to Voidwalker. More mobility and area can be covered with it. One of the reasons I love Nightstalker is for the revives. My Sealed Ahamkara Grasps makes impossible revives possible. I run into the most dangerous revive situations after going invisible, revive, and refresh my invisibility while making the revived teammate invisible with my back up smoke so we can both get back to killing.

If you can figure out everything that has. to do with your subclass, you're pretty much set up to kill endlessly. A good load out can take you a loooong way.
-
I like the way you think. This is the first time I've ever really noticed that I had a set loadout and build.

Edited by MercenaryMaiden: 10/13/2015 3:07:01 AMI have to write mine down to remember. I wish they'd let you have an option to "favorite" a load out or gear set.

Haha. Whatever helps you remember, right? Yeah, there are a lot on simple things Bungie could add that would change the game exponentially.

It could.
