IB gear = fake 310s!
IB gear = fake 310s which means you are booted from my fireteam.
IB gear drops at 280 so you will have to infuse your way to 310 which isn't worth it. Plus using IB gear in the raid is worthless anyways.
Edit: only true year one vets know what I am saying. See all the salt posted below!

1 ReplyThe warlock armor amuses me greatly. Even if I never infuse it up above the 290s, at least it doesn't make me look like a side of beef (or Lady Gaga's meat dress). Also, I will get that wolf pelt cloak for my Hunter. I don't care if I lose sleep and have to call in sick to work.

If you infuse 280 - 310 doesn't that make you more 310 than those who get raid gear at 310? Your logics lost. In order to get items from 280 - 310 would require a lot of gear to infuse with. You should be able to spend etheric light (or equivalent) to instantly push them to 300 at least.

Instead of dropping at 280-290, they should drop at 300. Why? Because there is absolutely no point in doing IB...300 will ensure that it's higher light than vendors, but not raid level.
