As for Night Stalker, I feel that the suppression affect should be instantaneous for the hit target.
It's extremely frustrating nailing an enemy guardian in the chest with your void arrow only to have them throw a hammer of sol, void bomb, panic fist, etc... (if they have enough armor to survive) after you already hit them and you dying to it. I understand if you miss the arrow and they get tethered it taking time for the tether to activate, but if you direct hit and they survive (most common with hammer of sol users) the suppression needs to be instant.
It seems that in my experience the void arrow direct hit does the exact same damage as Golden Gun. Both of these supers need a slight damage boost to more consistently OHK in the crucible, that or Golden Gun does and void bow just need instant suppression on direct hit. That or Sunbreakers need a slight reduction in armor while using Hammer of Sol. Basically, both of these supers leave a Sunbreaker with a sliver of health which takes no skill on the Titan's part, they just stand there and they can survive a direct hit from both of these supers. At least with Fist of Havoc you have to sacrifice either an exotic armor slot or Shoulder Charge to be able to survive these two supers, the Sunbreaker is just given that much armor. How does that make sense? With Striker they have to actively be using their super which only lasts a few seconds until they hit the ground AND they have to be wearing a specific exotic helm or sacrifice Shoulder Charge for unstoppable but the Sunbreaker, which has much lower risk in general (you don't have to get close to your target at all to hit them as compared to the Striker), just automatically stand there throwing hammers and you essentially have Unstoppable. Doesn't seem balanced.
