That's like telling people who prefer PVP to the raids the same thing. "See this cool gun (ToM, vex, whatever) you have to complete the raid for it whether you want to or not

There's a difference though. For a PvE player, getting gear through PvP is literally impossible. For a PvP player, running a raid is easy (as they like to brag over and over), they just don't want to do it. My sympathy runs shallow.
-
Not really. It's not literally impossible. For trials maybe because you have to actually win games. For every other PVP thing all you have to do is just play and you can eventually get it. It may take a while but it's not impossible
-
Not for the bounties that penalize you for dying. You understand the point though. For PvE it's an actual difficulty. For PvP players it's a choice.
-
You know what I did though. I continued to play PVP because I wanted everything and what happened, I got better the more I played. If I stayed away entirely it would be difficult probably yes. If you take it upon yourself to never try and get better then you won't get better and it will remain difficult

*sigh* Always devolves to "git gud". Don't worry about it.

I never said "git gud" did I. I said if you take it upon yourself to not even try then you will never get better. That's not me saying get good
