Honestly no. As a cancer survivor (leukemia before anyone asks) there doesn't need to be some real life propaganda in a game. I'm not trying to seem mean, I know first hand the dangers of it. But no, real life is real life, destiny is my get-a-way from it.

I never said anything about the disapproval of the Nepal event. I'm saying we don't need a shader for a specific awareness of cancer. Every day of every month should be cancer awareness. And Unless bungie feels that they should make it and distribute it for free or make it purchasable for in game currency (glimmer, coins ect) then it's only a reason for them to try to sell it to you for X amount of money.

Or how about to do something far more productive than awareness. Awareness is bullshit. Awareness doesn't fix the problem. Research does. Research needs funding. Funding means donations through things like shaders being sold for money. That's why. It's not about stupid awareness. The problem exists and can be cured regardless of how many people know about it.

Basically bungie set a fund raiser thing. (I think it was to buy something on their shop?) Either way players that did contribute to the fund raising event were given a shader and emblem. They could do the same thing with cancer but I dont know. It is always nice to do a little fund raising

Sure if all the proceeds went to it, which we know it all won't. But again I'd like to keep my personal life attachments out of my games.
