New monarchy because of the aesthietcally pleasing gear, like the ship, the sniper, the shaders, and the exotic mark for my titan.

Ah. I just saw somewhere that you needed to pre-order that edition to even get access to them.

Well I fileshared with the legendary esition so I guess it is possible.

I agree. I think it is a random chance past lvl 25 faction though I got the quest at 27
