Downloading Issues (Unresolved)
About two hours ago I went online to the XBL store and bought The Dark Below, but it wouldnt download. At first I thought it was a storage issue, so I cleared up some space. Then I noticed that its only a little over 108KB, which seems really small for an entire expansion pack. But regardless, I spent almost an hour and a half with Xbox Support trying to figure out how to get this thing downloaded. On their end, I have been told that its showing up I purchased the DLC and its in my account and they have no idea what to do except suggest I go directly to the developer. Well, the only thing I could find on this site for help is here. So here I am. Can anyone help me?

5 RepliesWhat you first of all need to know is that, because of how the game works, everyone is forced to download the full Expansion content, and buying the Expansion unlocks it for you. That is why the download is so small. (You already downloaded the Expansion before.) With that said, have you checked if the Expansion is already installed and the content is unlocked for you in the game? Just thinking that such a small download perhaps went so fast you didn't notice... Otherwise it sounds like a technical issue and that makes things harder. And I know nothing of how downloads work on Xbox One, unfortunately, so someone else might be of more help then...
