Got it from the Raid chest in the dick maze. So far its okay. A tad bit overrated. The second tree of perks slightly hurts the weapon. Without the increased range perks, the range is poo. Without a Stability perk, the weapon is very shaky. Braced Frame offers you a large Stability increase but has a massive trade off with a magazine reduction which does not do the archetype any justice as a High Rate of Fire/Low Impact Auto Rifle needs to have a large magazine. Anything under 30 is a massive [b]no[/b] from me. The chain lighting is only good for tier one mobs (Thralls, Dregs, Shanks, Goblins, etc), a situation which can easily be dealt with using any weapon in the game. The plus side is the fact that it has a burn! It goes hand in hand with my Tri burn loadout of an Arc Primary, Void 1000 Yard Stare and the Raid Heavy MG which is Solar, the later two being my go to weapons. If the Hard Raid drops Elemental Primaries, it will be switched out without question for the Raid Pulse or Scout Rifle.
