Go on strike is from War Numen's boots. Melee kills give 20 second agility boost.

Yeah still have Osiris buffs. Lmao. Never got rid of them. And they won't go away.

I still have a Mercy of Osiris buff on my hunter from weeks ago. That might be what is on his character sheet. Good eye for noticing it though.
