I have never really been a gamer beyond the occasional MarioKart race with some friends. One day a couple of months ago, my roommate buys an Xbox One and starts to play Destiny all the time, then finally convinced me to give it a try. I got hooked, and after about a month I was able to justify buying my own console and copy of Destiny, though that is pretty much the only game I play. Then TTK dropped, and I have been thoroughly enjoying all the quests and content that there is to do, but was thinking that I would finish it for one character, then work on my alt characters. Little did I know that there was going to be even more to do as time gated missions open and random missions inside of missions are found. This has been a blast and there seems to always be something to do now besides just run around on patrol for a while (for those like me who enjoy the PvE side of the game more than the PvP side, though I did enjoy just running around on patrol, picking up patrol missions, and seeing how many times I could pull an awesome recovery landing after rolling/crashing my sparrow).
For weapons, my go to weapon is the Dead Orbit Hung Jury scout rifle, and I quite like it. Also, in PvE stuff, the exotic swords are just so much fun! I wouldn't mind seeing a Y2 MIDA Multi-tool, however, as that dropped for me like a week before TTK came out, and I was really starting to enjoy that scout rifle.
