I believe so. The strikes are amazing. The gear and guns are beautiful. Some let downs have been uprising, but you'll see past it if you're clear headed and think about why Bungie did what they did (ex: microtransactions).

In my opinion yes, but opinions change from person to person. If you loved year one your will love ttk, it blows last year out of the water.
