The additional melee charge does not work on the Defender subclass. Even though I have the bar below my melee indicating I should have two, one punch uses both of those charges. Am I missing something? Or is it just not working? Making it even LONGER to get my void ability kills for my Dark Drinker :( mistake to do it on my Titan in the first place! But I'm trying to get every help I can!
Works fine on both Striker and Sunbreaker subclasses.

This also happen to hunters with the sealed grasp and smoke Bombs I have not tested on any other subclass yet

The additional melee charge with Insurmountable Skullfort is NOT supposed to work with Defender class. Only Sunbreaker and Striker. The Sealed Ahamkara arms only give an extra grenade for tripmine grenade (Gunslinger).

I wonder if Force Barrier jams it up, or do you never see the second charge on the screen?

this is a known bug (i remember bungie talking about it before 2.0 release) no idea when it will be fixxed though.
