Well, I reserve judgement on Jolly Holiday because I haven't attempted it yet!
As for LMs, you can get them in the Nightfall, Vanguard Heroic Strikes and Daily Heroic Story Mission. I know there's a limit to how many you can earn in each format, but I don't know what that limit is.

Really my experience with heroics gave me none I can't do nightfall yet but apparently you only get stuff once
