Hi guys, Just organising my armour and I noticed that the description for the Switchblade perk on Hunter armour has changed from "Increases melee attack speed" to "Decreases melee ability cooldown time". This has happened recently as I look out for armour with that perk for PvP and I've been maining Hunter. This is a Nerf or Buff depending on your class and play style. I don't remember reading anything about it? Also the Titan Rain Blows and Warlock Snap Discharge perks are unchanged. Apologies if this has been noted already, a quick search turned up no matches. So...what's your opinion on this?
