What? He never said its OP. He was literally just mentioning that Titans have mid air shade step now. Holy hell the most annoying people on the forums are the 14 year olds that always scream stuff like "omg Hunter your point is invalid cause you chose a certain class in a virtual video game which clearly shows exactly what personality you have and beliefs you have! Shame on you!"
