To me Sleeper Stimulant is like a 4/7 (on this scale)
Its not bad, but it isn't a go-to. The exotic swords, while a little more risky to use, are much better for sustained damage. (Then again mine is 290 attack and not 310... Yet
The sword has like 80+ charges if you really want them but 68 if you want some more damage or orbs or whatever.
If the Sleeper Stimulant had more ammo capacity like 20 instead of 7(with fusion rifle increasing armor peices(i only have boots)) then i would probably use the shit out of it.
However, Raze-Lighter offers more in sustained DPS and Mobbing abilities and more or less is better than the sleeper stimulant.
Not to mention the ricochet perk for a 4-5 bounce count is almost useless because it doesnt hit anything most of the time. I guess if your a graphing calculator you can get the best use of the gun, but we're people... Not graphing calculators.
Overall, its a cool gun, but probably not something I will swear by, or use often.

It definitely isn't a gjallahorn replacement. I am disappointed in it. It is an exotic, and to me that means that it should really be set apart from legendaries. I, honestly, would rather use a regular legendary fusion...and I hate fusion rifles...than use this. I could pop off 3 shots from the year two fusions, do just as much, if not more, damage as one shot from this...and keep a useful exotic weapon equipped. The multiple ricochets do not seem to be very helpful either...even in a sealed room. Grandma with two broken hips slow on charge rate....without even as much as an accelerated coils perk...disappointing in my eyes. I will certainly only do this "quest" once. No more wasting time on warsats....yey!!!!!!
