So basically Luke smith told us we couldn't get it off an engram to make us keep looking for something that didn't exist.... AGAIN.. not surprised.

Luke Smith has said many things that were not true - like less bullet sponges and less chance to get repeats on exotic drops.

Maybe, my memory may be faulty. Regardless, I do not take much from what he says.

He didn't say that. He said it wasn't likely. Meaning the drop rate is lower than the only other chest Titans can get.
