I'm on Xbox One as well. I'm 90% that they can record clips so we'll just have to wait and see

I know I record a lot of my best crucible moments and some other stuff too, I love being able to record clips after they happen, so I can go back and see what happened there xD like if I get killed in a ridiculous way in the crucible :/

Yep, never remember to capture my cool clips though lol, or get 15 minutes more than I need.
