I encountered the glitch in the video above occurring on an oddly consistent basis. Slightly more rare was the second Firefly det occurring on my character, no damage taken. At first I thought this was just a funny glitch but then Destiny froze up, no big deal, just restarted and all was well. I logged on this morning, again trying for the Mars Warsat, and the glitch continued until the game froze a second time. The weapon is Treads Upon Stars with Zen Moment and Firefly. I have not tested it with any other weapons, but I did test it on other locations and the glitch seems to be isolated to Mars. Just wanted to let everyone know about this and possibly get the crash issue investigated. For the record; I haven't had the game freeze up since March of this year.
