I have commented on here numerous times about my issue, and you WILL NOT respond to me. I STILL do not have my VIP rewards. Is there any email or phone support I can contact to get this issue resolved? Not a fan of posting a forum in the hopes that it MIGHT be seen by a support team member.

Same haven't gotten it yet. I qualified, just waiting for it to hopefully get fixed.
