Hello Bungie! I realize you guys are busy but this is my third time posting to try and get my issue fixed, please do your best to respond. I purchased the Collector's Edition of TTK and did not receive the Collector's Edition Items! How do I go about receiving these or having you guys investigate my account? The Suros Arsenal weapons and Vanguard Weapon Pack Items which can be found at the Vanguard Quartermaster, located in the Tower Hangar, were not there. I am a PSN/PS4 player and checked my library and the dlc is infact downloaded and installed. However, the items and access are not there. Finally, my TTK Collector's edition was $100! It did not register that I already owned Destiny vanilla, The Dark Below, House of Wolves. How do I get re-reimbursed for this? Please get back to me! Thanks, Zak
