I think it's how bungie intended the class to act. They didn't want Warlocks to be able to survive more than a Titan. I never had a problem with the Ram. It makes more sense on a Titan considering their back story. It isn't that over powered. Sunbreakers can easily be shutdown especially of you have help or can avoid hammers (which isn't hard at all)
